So, my car had a bad vibration that I was pretty sure was the brakes, so I rebuilt the front calipers today. The guide pins on the drivers' side were really cruddy, and the passenger side rotor was toast. Luckily, I had a new one waiting to go on.
While I was at it, I replaced the front brake lines with stainless lines.
No more shuddering, and nice braking now!
The other issue I have is that my M50 seems to be running a little warmer than I'd like. I figured out a few days ago that the Aux fan wasn't working at all (even with the 'snowflake' button pressed), so I bought a Spal fan. I haven't received the mounting kit for it yet, so I took the Aux fan off of the project track car and wired it up. I think I still need to do one more coolant bleeding session, but the fan did help. The Spal fan should move a LOT more air when I install it.
I was hoping to make the H20 Mustache Ride tonight, but the car stuff took, well, pretty much all day!
Ah well, more updates tomorrow!!Originally posted by LJ851kingston is the play by play announcer for this thread.

I used a 7/16"lag bolt (no head, just threaded bar); it was 6" in length, and I lopped about an inch off of it. Added 2 nuts to secure it in place once I figured out the right length and angle, then took it to a local exhaust shop, and they welded it in place for a whopping $7.50. :DOriginally posted by LJ851kingston is the play by play announcer for this thread.
